Wow... Ensemble Girls! content... This was a super cute story!! I loved it a lot, and Theater Club's a riot, so please give them a chance. Thanks much to the wonderful Mola (manbouwords) for looking over this for me!

Chizu-chan-senpai sure is late.

But she said we were gonna have a meeting about the new play today.

She was the one who said not be late in the first place. She oughta practice what she preaches~.

She must've taken on a lot of work again.

Chizu-chan-senpai's got some seriously bad habits. Ugh, it's always, always like this...



Even though I want to be the one that's your top priority...

Spr~ong, I'm so lonely...

Huh? My antenna's twitching! Could it be Chizu-chan-senpai?

Chizuru: Hiiiiiiiii, Chika-chan! I guess I kept you waiting?

I'm sorry! I know you really, really don't like being left alone!

Chika: Spr~ong...? Why are you so hyped up...?

What's going on? Did something good happen?

Chizuru: Heh heh! Just listen to this!

The script for our next play is all done ♪

Kinoshita-san was in charge this time instead of our usual go-to Aino-san ♪

Chika: Huh~.

Kinoshita-san's scripts are so hard to actually reproduce on stage though...

It's a pain for us stagehands.

It's stuff like, "That place is in a time warp, so the past, present, and future got all mixed up"...

Chizuru: Ahem. Just leave it to Oneesan ♪

Moving on!

I got the Art Club on board this time,

so all of our props and costumes are already finished too.

Seems like they had a lot of spare time now that they don't have a bunch of competitions going on!

What's more, all kinds of clubs like the CompSci Club are supporting us, I guess!

Chika: Ehh... That means I don't gotta do anything?

Chizuru: (Heh heh ♪ This time, the play's secretly made just for you, Chika-chan!)

(You're always working backstage and never performing -)

(It's time for you to debut as an actress, somehow or another!)

(Mitsuru-chan's been really busy lately with the Student Council,)

(So it'd really help out if Chika-chan could act for us~!)

(Anyway, Chika-chan's totally cute, so she'll totally be popular!)

(And if we have more performers, I'm guessing the number of plays we can put on'll increase too!)

(That's why I've gotten everything out of the way already -)

(It's a plan to make sure that Chika-chan absolutely has to perform~!)

(That said, Chika-chan might need one final push to get her to do it, I guess?)

Ugh—! My stomach's suddenly hurting a whole bunch...!

Chika: Spr~ong?

Wh... What's the matter, Chizu-chan-senpai? You randomly faked a groan...!

Chizuru: I-I'm not faking it! Ughughugh, it's a chronic stomach convulsion...!

I-I'm dying~.

It's not the kinda thing you gotta call an ambulance for, I'll get better on my own, but -

It hurts so much that I definitely, absolutely won't be able to perform this time~!

Th-this is totally awful, I guess!

If I can't do it, then I guess there's no one else but you who can, Chika-chan!

Please! I've already asked so many clubs to help out, I couldn't possibly just cancel on them!

I guess you're the only one that can act this time, Chika-chan!

(Naturally, if I beg her like this, even the unmotivated Chika-chan will...!)

It's useless to put on such a transparent act, Chizu-chan-senpai.

Chizuru: Huh!? Seriously, that's amazing!

—I mean, I'm not lying!

I don't have any issues doing day-to-day stuff, but it definitely hurts too much to perform, ugggggggghh...!

Chika: Spr~ong...

(Chizu-san-senpai's obviously lying about her mysterious illness(?), but...)

(If I point it out, she'll refuse to acknowledge it at all. You're too stubborn, Chizu-chan-senpai.)
